Break down of role-

  • Attend all SPFA Executive meetings.
  • Take direction from the SPFA Executive.
  • Oversees General Management of all Tackle teams
  • Meetings of Coaches
    • Initiates and attends with SPFA Executive the First Coaches meeting of the year
    • Initiates and attends with SPFA Executive the First Field staff meeting of the year
    • Handles all monthly meetings of Coaches with Director at Large
    • Handles all monthing meetings of Staff with with Director at Large and Field Liaison
  • Coordinates per team Field Staff  with Field Liaison
    • Team Manager(s), Trainer(s), Team Treasurer, Team Fundraiser, Team Equipment
  • Works with Field Liaison to get all necessary paperwork in to the Registrar for all Field Staff and Coaches
  • Works with Communications Director to ensure all Practices/Games are scheduled on the Website
  • Works with Communications Director for all club emails and information
  • Coordinates with SPFA Executive all Parent meetings as needed per level
  • Work with Communications Director, Field Liaison and Volunteer Coordinator for the Welcome Back Pool Party
  • Book a photographer for Fall Team pictures in coordination with Communications and Field Liaison
  • On Committees such as Parade and Awards
