Notice of the Annual General Meeting -
November 16th @ 2 pm , Blueberry Hall.
One parent must be in attendance per player. We made this easier by arranging for the AGM to be between both awards ceremonies!
Flag/Atoms prior and Peewee/Bantams after.

To make this as painless as possible and with knowing we will have players in the hall, here is a run down of how a AGM is run.
-We will first do a sign in sheet and this will be followed by a presentation of AGM (package with executive reports), questions resulting from package, nomination of roles and adjournment.
Once we are done the AGM, we will proceed with a luncheon for all players and families.
