Hey Bantam Parents!
So votes are in and we will proceed with the fundraiser on Sunday but no games on Saturday!
The Auction is a public event, so everyone is welcome to stay and watch!
Location - Heritage Pavilion, Stony
Meeting Time- 11:30am
Players will be in Jerseys and will be given gloves for pushing around the cars.
They asked for 10 players, but we’re welcome to bring more so they can each trade off or take breaks etc.
The Team will earn $420 for this event, and this will be put towards team related activites!
We are still pushing for more players, so Thursday night have your player invite a friend or two!
Any friend who joins because of a player, said player will get a $10 gift card.
Wanted- Team Manager!! This role is not too strenuous, attendance is only needed 50% of the time. A team manager will be tasked with team emails as needed, helping on game days, planning team events etc. There is a small perk to this role, and eases the weight carried by myself for this team. If interested, please let me know!
We also have some open roles on the Executive Board, if you would like info for these also let me know!
We are all volunteers, including myself and all our amazing staff for the bantam team. Sometimes it’s just want you can do to help, that is all that is needed.
