As our AGM is approaching, Dec 4th during our Awards Ceremony, and we need to call your attention to the open board positions that are vacant. We need you to ensure that we have a club for your kids to return to in the spring.
We will be presenting our new bylaws for approval at the AGM and based on revised board positions we have the following positions open:

We would like to ask for a two year commitment to the board where possible, with the understanding that life happens and sometimes that is not feasible. Being on the board comes with different perks each year in past years we have had breaks in registration fees, volunteering commitments and fundraising requirements (assuming that you fulfill your whole years commitment to the the board). The board runs year round December 1st2022- November 30, 2023 and you are required to attend 1 meeting a month even in the off season excluding July.
We also are always in need of coaches and trainers (field staff) and are accepting applications across all levels. If you are volunteering for one of these roles it is mandatory to have all training courses, CRC's and documentation that is required at registration, to be sent in by the deadline provided at the start of the season. Being field staff also has added benefits, you get the best seat in the house, you build amazing relationships with all the players and staff and also get breaks in some of your other commitments.
